Your future challenges:
You will be the first point of contact for our customers who are under a cyberattack.
You will be responsible for the initial analysis of the attack. In doing so, you keep a firm eye on the general conditions.
You will build up the common ground of the relevant contact persons depending on the situation and coordinate their cooperation.
You guide our customers through periodic service review meetings.
You are aware of the quality of our service process and that this is the key to long-term customer relationship.
You maintain our ticket and asset management system and our documentation.
You have preferably already 3 to 5 years of professional experience in the field of computer and network security and are familiar with the common network protocols and techniques.
You have experience in analyzing log data.
You have a strong analytical mindset.
You have a confident appearance in dealing with customers and a high level of comprehension.
You enjoy direct communication with customers via e-mail and telephone.
You are communicating directly and to the point, in German and in English.
